• Hi! I recently rebuilt my portfolio website and it’s ready to go. However, everyone else seem to not being able to have access to my site itself (they only get a “server not found” instead) except me. I tried installing Jetpack and it’s also getting an error notice saying “site inaccessible.” I attached a screenshot to show you.

My site is here – https://adrimarie.us
The screenshot is here – https://www.diigo.com/item/image/3zh1k/ic82

At first I thought it’s probably one of the plugins, however that wasn’t the case. I already contacted my server support to see if it’s something else that’s causing it other than the plugin/Wordpress.

I have been using Jetpack with my other sites (all hosted in the same server) and they have been working well. I simply rebuilt my portfolio and re-installing all of the plugins I used to have and this is the first time I’ve had this problem.

If you have any advice regarding the issue, please let me know. Thanks!

    Hi there!

I can’t reach your site at all, and neither can https://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/https://adrimarie.us/

Also, your nameservers seem to be incorrect:

    https://who.is/whois/adrimarie.us

Only one of them has an IP. I think you should ask your host to look into this for you, as it doesn’t seem to be a Jetpack issue.

Hi, thanks for following up! I already figured last night that it’s a server issue and not a plugin issue. I already contacted my friend (the one who owns the server) to look in to this. I hope this issue would be fixed soon. Thank you anyway! ??

No problem! If you need help with Jetpack afterwards, you know where to turn. ??

    Hi Richard,

I post the same problem with jetpack 2.2.5 on my website.

After activation of the plugin I had been asked to make a connetion with my wordpress account to enable the plugin.

Your Jetpack is almost ready – A connection to WordPress.com is needed to enable features like Stats, Contact Forms, and Subscriptions. Connect now to get fueled up!

But I always get the next answer:

Jetpack kon geen verbinding maken met WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. Dit betekent meestal dat er iets niet goed geconfigureerd is bij je web host. connect() timed out!

    Please help me?

    Thank you!

    Hi Richard,

My friend (server admin) finally got the problem fixed and Jetpack is working properly now and not affected by all the other plugins I previously installed. Thanks again! ??

    Great to hear it adrimarie!

Could you explain how to solve this problem? I get the very same message on one of my sites.
