    I had JetPack Tiled Gallery set up and working but then it stopped showing my images. All I see are the outlines of where the image should be inside which is the correct image title and a small blue box containing a question mark, as though the image cannot be found. Since I am loading images from my library, and if I switch to WP Gallery the images all appear, the paths must be right.

    I have encountered another load problem on a fourth TG I have built today. This has been added to the test gallery as well. This image is captioned “Shore House, Burnham On Crouch, Essex”. It is 199kb JPEG.

    I looked at the test gallery and the three images are loading fine for me. You can see this here:

    You mention having this in a “real” gallery somewhere on your site and seeing issues. Is that gallery loading a number of different images? I wonder if it is running into rate limits based on the amount of data being transferred.

    How do I upload a screen shot? Or can I send it to you somehow?

    I had a friend open the page on her computer and she is seeing what I am eg. three greyed blocks with question marks on a small blue tile. This cannot be caching because she hasn’t opened the page before.

    I am wondering if your hosting provider has some kind of rate and/or bandwidth limit. For example, if you have a gallery that is ~25 MB (just an example number), maybe limits are being hit on larger galleries. This would be similar to the issues we were talking about earlier in the thread with regard to potential blocks based on IP or the Photon agent. I would suggest reaching out to them to explain that we cleared any caching that exists on our end, but that you are still having issues (this was the last response you shared from your host).
