jetpack not publishing all content to facebook

Thanks for sending that! I’ve seen you’re using the Feedzy RSS Feeds Premium plugin to import those posts through an RSS feed; however, can you confirm whether that plugin uses the define ('WP_IMPORTING', true); constant? You may want to contact the plugin developer as those that include it will be ignored by Publicize.

I’ve also found some discrepancies with the sync nodule of your website (that allows the Publicize feature to work correctly) so I’ve started the process to fix that just in case it’s the blocker here; you may want to give this a try after a few hours to see if it affects the imported posts.

Also, i was told somewhere in wordpress or even in your plugin that you can choose if to have imported rss feed published to facebook. I was told this in passing and was told there was a box to click. Not sure what the person was talking about or where this is.

What Mehdi was saying is that there was an issue syncing content from your site to WordPress.com, but that is now resolved, so it doesn’t appear to be the cause of this issue.

That’s not a feature of Jetpack, so I’m not sure where you were told that. Do you have any more details?

As Mehdi mentioned, Publicize is set up to ignore imported posts (to avoid publicizing hundreds of posts at once when one imports lots of posts at once). It is possible that your RSS plugin is set to behave like an importer (using the define ('WP_IMPORTING', true); constant. I’d suggest asking the plugin developers about that, and/or trying with a different RSS plugin.

i played around with the site and did find somewhere where i clicked about something that says included imported post to post to facebook. but i cannot remember what i did

As my colleagues said, this is not a Jetpack feature.

I believe you will need to check your other plugins’ functionalities and see if you find again the setup you mentioned.
