I have set up a jetpack email subscriber list on my page. When someone subscribes, I get a notification via Feedback, but when I look at the subscribers in Jetpack, it tells me there are 0.

    Hi @robinkholland,

Jetpack Subscriptions uses a double-opt in feature. Users must enter their email address in the subscription form on your site, then they also need to confirm that subscription from within their email account. It sounds like they’re not doing that second step.

If you’re sure folks are clicking on the confirmation link in their email after they sign up, could you please post your site URL here, so we can do some targeted troubleshooting?

    Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. It seems people are not getting a subscription email. Here’s my website: https://busyknees.co.uk/

    Thanks, @robinkholland!

I submitted a test subscription and don’t even see it in your pending subscriptions on our end, so there’s definitely something off here.

I did notice that you have a second subscription service set up, and the popup happens after the Jetpack Subscription confirmation page:

Can you try temporarily deactivating that, and try subscribing with a test email?

Let us know how it goes!

I did that earlier today. I disabled sumo pop-up, and then tried subscribing on the jetpack form with 2 different emails. I only just now restarted the sumo pop-up. I will disable it again now, though.

This is what I am seeing in the footer area of your homepage https://d.pr/i/v7Heu8

This subscription form is created by this Form Block https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-blocks/form-block/

This Form Block has no relationship with Jetpack Subscription. Instead, you can consider integrating it into two other services Newsletter integration (using Creative Mail) and CRM Integration (using Jetpack CRM). You can read more here:
