• Hello!
When I click on the Jetpack pages such as Search, Settings, or Dashboard, they load a blank screen that only displays the Jetpack logo, without any additional content or options.
I’m not sure if it’s related, but the images in the galleries/sliders of the Jetpack Blocks appear at about one-third of their intended size.
Running versions of WP (6.7) and JP plugin (14.0).

    Any suggestions? thank you!

Hello, thank you for your response.
Here is a post with a gallery:
    https://eldiariodecoahuila.com.mx/2024/11/18/celebran-fiesta-de-rondallas-en-la-uaaan/
After further investigation, I gathered the following information: The editors mentioned that this issue occurred on their desktop PCs. They provided videos and images, which I’ve attached for your reference. However, I couldn’t replicate the problem on my MacBook Air.
It seems that the issue started on Monday.

    Thank you

    Hi there, @eguzmana,

Thanks for sharing further informatioon about the two issues you’re having. Let me address them one by one – I start with the Jetpack empty dashboard.

I see that Jetpack is working very well, so it’s not a connection problem. I suspect this issue could be related to a cache conflict: could you try temporarily disabling your cache plugin and see if that helps? if not, it could be a conflict with Cloudflare. If the dashboard reappears after you disable Cloudflare, you may want to check that you have set it up well to “talk” to Jetpack.

Let me know how you get on – now on the gallery problem:

The editors mentioned that this issue occurred on their desktop PCs. They provided videos and images, which I’ve attached for your reference. However, I couldn’t replicate the problem on my MacBook Air.

Did you recall if you also updated the theme last Monday? If the problem happens on PCs only, it could be a theme-related issue. Can you try to temporarily switch your theme to Twenty Twenty-Three and see if the problem persists on PCs? If it does not, then you may want to report that to the theme author(s) to see if they can fix it.

Hope that’s all clear! Let me know what you find out, thanks!
