Jetpack Plug in is Disabling the Visual Editor
-
I’ve been following instructions on the wordpress forum in order to troubleshoot my problem with the visual editor in WordPress. I have determined that Jetpack is the culprit. I’ve been turning off and on various aspects of Jetpack but it seems to be Jetpack as a whole. The problem is that I use Jetpack for my stats. So, to edit blog posts, I’m now having to turn off jetpack, write and turn it back on. So, I don’t have stat tracking running while I’m writing blog posts. Surely there is a better way. I’ve already cleared the browser cache. I’ve turned off things like Photon. It also makes it so that other features on the blog post don’t work correctly like Yoast SEO Pro Plugin (the culprit is not yoast, however – Yoast boxes just don’t show when I have jetpack on).
I’m at a loss on what to do to figure out which piece of jetpack is the problem or if I’m going to have to go with other things to track. The problem is that I use SO MUCH of jetpack, I really need it. I don’t even know where to begin.
