For some reason, I am not able to view my Jetpack WP stats page. It keeps giving me an error message. Even on the Dashboard there is no Site Stats to cick on. When I try to View JetPack WP stats dashboard I get this error message?

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

I am not a programmer so what is the easiest way to fix this so I can see my daily stats?

    Hi there,

    you should try WP SlimStat

    https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wp-slimstat/

which doesn’t require any other plugins or bloated packages to work. Just install and enjoy your stats right away.

    Cheers,
    Camu

I have a problem. I’m trying to use the Jetpack mobile site feature, but when I activated it and viewed it from my mobile, after choosing the “Revert to the mobile site” option on the website, it showed a 404 error. It navigates to “m.mywebsite.com/?wpmp_switcher=mobile so I’ve tried making a new subdomain with m.mywebsite.com but it still won’t work. Please help. Thanks. SUM1.

I got a blank page from my iPhone browswer after activating the mobile site feature. We use the Thesis theme framework so thought there could be a conflict there.
