Jetpack Portfolio & Twenty Seventeen Theme

Hello, I have two problems. I use the theme Twenty Seventeen and the jetpack portfolio…

1. I can’t see the header picture in the portfolio (jetpack portfolio).
2. And the footer image is double…

I use the code:
