JetPack Publicize delay in posting to Facebook

Hello,
We have JetPack installed (v9.8.1) and use the Publicize option to post our blogs on Facebook and Twitter. Over the last month or more, we’ve observed that instead of posting to Fb immediately when our blog is published, this process seems to be delayed by up to 9 hours which is frustrating as we use this in our marketing and this delay affects other downstream activities.
Is there any reason this would be happening? Up to 6 weeks ago, blogs were publicized on Fb as soon as they were published on the website.
