I’m getting an error message on my blog [ redundant link removed ] from JetPack 5.8 Publicise for Facebook saying “This connection may not be working correctly”. Refreshing the connection makes the message go away for a second or so, then it appears again. Deleting the connection and reconnecting doesn’t help either. I’m sure it used to work. The only change I’ve made to the blog lately is to switch to the Hestia theme.

How do I debug this please?

    Thanks,
    Graham

  • Please send a screenshot of the error you’re seeing, the Advanced Debug Results for your site, and a link to this thread via an inquiry here:

You can obtain the Advanced Debug Results via your site’s Dashboard at Jetpack > Debug (at the bottom of the page) > View Advanced Debug Results.

    Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. Oddly enough, I published a post yesterday and it did get publicized to Facebook despite the warning message; and the warning isn’t appearing today. I’ll report the problem if it recurs.

Will do, and we’re glad things are working again.
