I have Linkedin working. I have Jetpack Publicize linked to it.

When I snag a new post, it publishes to WP, but does not publish to Linkedin.

    Any ideas?

I do get a message saying my Linked token has expired, but I didn’t think Jetpack needed a Linkedin token. Does it? If so, how do I get it? The link that it shows me to get a new one takes me to a dead page.

    Ideas?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I do get a message saying my Linked token has expired, but I didn’t think Jetpack needed a Linkedin token.

That’s most likely the source of the problem. Could you try to refresh your Publicize connection here?

The link that it shows me to get a new one takes me to a dead page.

That could be because of connection issues between your site and your WordPress.com account. Could you try the following:

    1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page.
    3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
    4) Confirm the disconnection.
    5) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

Let me know how that goes.

Some more info: The expired Linkedin token is from something I tried linking to Linkedin a long time ago. I just don’t know which module it is.

I did Refreshing and disconnecting and reconnecting, and I am still getting the same problem–it just isn’t posting.

    Any ideas?

Update: I Removed the module WP Linkedin. Disabled and deleted it. The error message about the expired token is now gone.

But, posts still aren’t going to LinkedIn.

Jetpacks is sending Tweets over, but not to LinkedIn.

    Ideas?

Further update — I tried simply reading a post on my site and use the LinkedIn button to publicize it. It popped up and asked me if I wanted to add any additional comments. I did not, and clicked to have it published as a post of mine.

It chunked away and did not give me an error message, but it still did not post to LinkedIn.

    AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!!

They HAVE been posting! The problem is that your own shares do not show to you unless you specifically request to look at them via a dropdown menu!!!

    See: https://www.quora.com/Why-dont-I-see-my-posts-on-my-Linkedin-after-using-the-share-button

If anyone else has this problem, that is the solution ??
