Jetpack Publicize – No Facebook *Page*

    Hi everyone. I connected my student association Facebook account using Publicize (Jetpack plugin) with our WordPress website and at first, it worked: I could post on my blog and push the new post on our Facebook page (not profile, page).

    Last night, the feature wasn’t working, so I removed the connection. Now, I can no longer connect my Page to Jetpack.

    I have removed WordPress’ permissions from Facebook and retried the connection, but all I see is my association’s Facebook Profile, not its Page.

    I am really at a loss. Can anyone help?

  • Same here.. Tried everything but can’t get around it.. Really in need of an update fixing this since we’re using our wordpress to reach out to parents to kids on a fieldtrip..

    same problem here for multiple sites. Just wanted to post so I can follow when they get a fix working!

    Me TOO. I posted this on the general www.ads-software.com Plugins and Hacks forum with ZERO replies. The only thing this thread is good for is reassuring me that I’m not alone in my frustration with this “feature” of Jetpack. Nonetheless, let me restate the problem….

    I’m trying to link two sites that I manage to Facebook pages that I am a Manager for. It (Publicize function of Jetpack plugin) worked once with my test site. When I tried to link the test site to Facebook it gave me the option to either link the website to my own personal FB account OR the pages that I am administrator to.

    Today it is NOT giving me the option to chose between my personal account, or the pages. What gives? What hidden pixel did I not click to give me the option to chose?

    Me too. The first time I used the Jetpack plugin it crashed my site. I thought things were getting better….

    Yesterday I found Publicize wasn’t posting articles to Facebook, and when I disconnected WP from FB to reconnect them again, I wasn’t able to create a new connection with our Facebook Page.

    It only shows my personal profile, but not the several FB pages I’m managing to choose from them.

    We’re on Spain, so I can confirm it’s a global problem.

    Other spanish user with the same problem.

    Posting because I need updates as well. I’m going to have to check to see if there is a thread about another issue that occurred the same exact time this issue did. My connection to Tumblr is showing up in the settings, but the posts don’t make it to the blog. ??
