Jetpack Publicize not posting to Facebook

  • Hi! I have a WordPress site on which I have installed the Jetpack plugin and set up Publicize. As far as I can see, it should all be working, but when I publish a post nothing appears on the Facebook page. I have looked through some past threads on here and installed Jetpack Beta in an attempt to fix it but it’s still not posting. I’m not getting any error messages – just nothing is happening.

  • Same for me it stopped working on Facebook, Google+, Twitter and Tumblr. I tested my setup with the debug link. I should also mention that it stopped prior to the 4.7 update. No errors

    More to add to this, I tested a post with all plugins turned off and Jetpack did work correctly. The plugin for me that seems to be the problem is eCommerce Product Catalog by impleCode

    Can you both please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.
