Jetpack Publicize not publishing posts

    My website whatvwant.com
    I am using jetpack publicize.
    I have set up my social media accounts in Settings -> sharing.
    I have published a post.
    But jetpack did not publish that post in social media. I have connected facebook,google+, twitter and linkedin accounts.
    It did not publish not even on single social media account.

    I am using siteground webhost. After migrating my website to siteground, I have seen publicize error code: 32300. But after removing security restrictions of xmlrpc file, I did not see any error. I was able to connect my social media accounts. But it was not publishing.

    Please let me know the solution.
