JetPack /s-202026.js Error on My Website

Hello there,

My website URL is [ redundant link removed ]
My website installed Jetpack, enabling site image accelerator, and I see a JS error on everypage. That telling:
"/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/https:/stats.wp.com/s-202026.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)"

And, I am trying to figure out what cause this JS error. Then I install the theme and theme necessary plugins only on another hosting, connected domain
This site has no Cache plugin, no CDN, and I install Jetpack, Starting site image accelerator, found same JS error.

Then I deactivate all plugins and start them one by one, I find that when Woocommerce is activated, this JS error will appear.
When I switch the theme to Storefront, Error is still there.

Although this s-202026.js JS error doesn’t slow my site too much. But I just wonder if we can find the reason and solve it.

By the way, I see in the GTMETRIX waterfall and know the error is because the JS URL is my website URL

It should be loaded by URL: https:/stats.wp.com/s-202026.js
