    Hello,

I have jetpack on one site and I created a staging site on another url.
What happened was that safe mode was automatically enabled on the main site and the staging version became the main (not intended).

I tried to fix the jetpack connection on the main site, and it asked if I wanted to import from the dev site, so I said yes.

As a result, now I have the actual past stats showing on the dev site and lost all the stats on the main site.

I disconnected and reconnected again, but the stats are missing.

There is an explanation here, that says it’s recoverable.
    https://jetpackme.wordpress.com/contact-support/

But it appears to be only for paid users.

Is there any way to restore the stats to the original site?
Are those on the database or something?

    Hi there,

The priority support is for paid users currently via the contact form. But no worries we can help you here to fix your issue.

You want to transfer stats and subscribers from staging to the main site. Correct?

Could you please let us know the staging and main site address? It doesn’t matter if the staging site does not exists now, we only need address to trace it in our system and transfer the stats. ??

If you want site addresses to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

    @bizanimesh

The staging is dev4.fastvelocity.com and the original site is www.todocanada.ca

Right now I see all the old stats from the main site on dev4.fastvelocity.com
    https://wordpress.com/stats/day/25662989

And in the main site, there are only stats from the past couple of days.
    https://wordpress.com/stats/197473468

If it’s possible to merge them to 197473468 from 25662989 that would be perfect.

    Thank you very much.
