    Hi @davidalge,

Could you please ensure that your Facebook Page is correctly set up and categorized as a business page? Additionally, verify that you have administrative rights to the Facebook Page you are trying to link. You must use a Facebook profile account with administrative rights to the target page. Note that a page-only account or a page managed by Facebook Business Manager cannot be used with Jetpack Social.

Could you please check this and let us know if the issue persists?

    Hello @davidalge,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

I wwrote back saying that my page is categorized as blogger, I am the only administrator. This is a page not a profile.

    Hi @davidalge

I looked at this, and I’m unsure why it isn’t working. In case there was a bug, I created a new page and connected it to Facebook via Jetpack Social and did not run into issues.

As a next step, please try creating a new Facebook page and connecting it to Jetpack. This will help us to determine if the error is with the specific page that we were looking at.

Let us know how it goes.

I got it working. I tried to create another page and that did not work. I had the idea to create another Facebook account to see if it was something with my account. But I couldn’t get Jetpack to forget my old account. So I went into 3rd party access to kill the access for Jetpack but couldn’t find it so I killed it for all 3rd party. Went into Jetpack and it asked me to grant access then it connected to my page.

    Thanks for all your help.

    Hi @davidalge,

Thanks for the update. I’m glad everything is working well for you now. If anything else comes up, feel free to reach out again and we’ll be happy to jump back in to troubleshoot with you.
