JetPack scan no longer working

I am paying for Jetpack Scan. Unfortunately it is not working for past few months. I click on scan now and it finishes scan in 10 seconds without the load bar every showing any signs of scanning. Also it seems to be reporting issues on file which I removed, so it is definitely showing cached results. So, I wonder if it is really working at all.
