Google + twitter + tumbler count not coming

That’s indeed to be expected. Twitter and Tumblr do not offer any way to count shares. Google+, on the other end, is not supported by Jetpack. It’s on our roadmap though, and you can follow our progress here:

Will it also impact loading time of my page as it may need to connect to Site to get button details .

You’re correct, it will have an impact on your site’s loading time.

I am using normal setting now currently. One more thing i noticed in bing webmaster that it is giving 302 error. See below one mentioned in bing webmaster crawl error report. I am not sure why it is coming and how i can avoid it.

That’s indeed to be expected. These links redirect to each Social Network, so you will see 302 HTTP status codes. 302 stands for “Moved Temporarily”

No need to worry about this though: each link uses a nofollow attribute, so search engines won’t follow them.

It shouldn’t, as search engines are instructed not to follow these links.

Most other plugins work the same way, so I don’t think that would change much.

It might be worth contacting Bing about this directly. I can confirm that the links are nofollow. That means that search engines are instructed not to follow such links.

However, I don’t know how Bing Webmaster Tools reports such links, and if anything can be done, or has to be done to remove those links from your reports.

sorry to bug u again , Can i add enty in robot.txt to ignore such links? how can i add it , Please suggest me what should i add in robot.txt . will it be fruitful also for page SEO

You won’t be able to do that, as the pages aren’t single pages; they’re your usual post links, with an extra URL parameter, ?share.

You also don’t need to add those links, as they’re already marked as nofollow. If a search engine doesn’t respect the nofollow parameter, chances are they won’t follow the recommendations of the robots.txt file either.
