Jetpack sharing buttons

Hi guys ??
I’m trying to implement Jetpack’s share feature into my website, but I’ve a hard time excluding Jetpack’s buttons from my homepage, since it embeds posts in it.
Here is the screenshot of my homepage with Jetpack buttons:
