After updating WordPress to 6.0, I noticed the following errors caused by Site Accelerator:

The image could not be loaded. The Site Accelerator returned the errors for random images.

I have enclosed a screenshot link for your reference.

Please fix the issues as soon as possible.

    Hi there,

Currently, you are on WP 6.0, and Jetpack is also connected. However, you have disabled the site accelerator feature, which I think is because you were facing the issue.

I have enabled it again and found there is no issue happening on my side and images are loading perfectly from our CDN: https://d.pr/i/2UQiXR

I disabled the site accelerator again, but can you please check again on your side after clearing the browser’s cache or maybe from a new browser.

I had reenabled the site accelerator coupled with lazy loading but the issue remains the same. Some images were missing and could not be loaded.

I have cleared Firefox Browser history as you suggested but the issue still persisted.

I am using the latest version of Woodmart Theme.

    Looking forward to your replay.

    Hi @bdcoast

I’ve browsed your website while Jetpack’s Site Accelerator is active, and I can see that all images are showing correctly on my end, for your homepage but also for the product you initially included in the screenshot.

I’d appreciate if you can share how we can reproduce the behavior on your website; otherwise, I can see that Site Accelerator is loading images correctly.

    Best,

I am getting the same error on my site. On the error page when I strip the reference after the .jpg the image loads so I know it is in the CDN ok.
