Jetpack – Site inaccessible or jetpack plugin not installed

Hi guys,
Jetpack was working great until one day i want to authenticate an user
(https://public-api.wordpress.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=NUMBER&redirect_uri=SOMEURL&response_type=token)and i got this message:
” Site inaccessible or jetpack plugin not installed”
Cannot post or edit/delete a post now through the jetpack api because i cant get a accesstoken.
Tried all the steps.
-disabled all the plugins
-XMLRPC file is OK
-Installed Jetpack again.
-taken the steps to connect the site
-made a new app on the public api site of WordPressCan you help me out?
