JetPack Site Stats Problem

  • When I check my stats page I am no longer seeing what top posts and pages are being searched.

    I still see the number of views but not the listing of which posts and pages are being searched.

    How do I resolve this?

    On my admin bar I click jetpack – dropdown to – site stats and in the Top Posts and Pages section is where I’m talking about.

    Could you let me know if your can see the post names when viewing your stats on WordPress.com?

    If so, could you try to deactivate all other plugins on your site, one at a time, and let me know if you find a conflicting plugin?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Another user reported that the problem was caused by a conflict with another plugin, Landing Pages. Once I get more information I will contact the plugin authors to help them fix the problem.

    Do you also use this plugin, or the Leads plugin? If so, could you tell me if the problem started after you updated to a specific version of the plugin? It could help me pinpoint the exact problem.
