    Hello,

I have just recently updated my wordpress and since then it seems like the site stats has stopped working. Today it just doesn’t show how many visitors come to my website. Even the jetpack popular posts doesn’t work either. FYI, I only have access to the admin dashboard of the wordpress as an administrator. I don’t have access to the ftp whatsoever, however I can ask the ftp manager to work something out. Any helps will be much appreciated.

Here’s the link to my website job-like.com/magazine

    Best Regards,

  • Same problem for me so I will keep a look on this support ticket.

Having same problem. I have the Twenty Sixteen theme in case that helps figuring this out. When I first upgraded to Twenty Sixteen in December, I am certain that unique visitor stats were off for a few days while I was working on child theme. So I’m wondering if there is some funky interaction between something in Twenty Sixteen and Jetpack?

Google Analytics Unique Vistors seem to be doing fine.

I’m having the same issue. Still no dear what’s going on, but seems like an issue with WordPress. A few others are having the same problem. Hopefully it will get sorted soon.

Same problem here! On two sites!! Ahhhhhh !!!!!!

Glad to hear that it’s not just me who is experiencing this issue, lol. At first, I thought it was just me since the last archives I could find regarding this matter was like 4 years ago. FYI, I use the MH Magazine Theme and I believe it has nothing to do with it. My site stats just stopped working once I updated my WP to version 4.4.1. Yeah, for site statistics there’s still google analytics out there, but I have fallen for jetpack site stats since I found it more convenient. Not to mention that there are some custom posts widget that I have set based on the popularity of the posts, and now it won’t update anything. So, is it a bug from the jetpack or something?

Today’s figures got corrected all of a sudden, a few hours ago. Then yesterday’s figures got corrected. So I guess the problem was not with tracking code, but on Automatic’s server. Don’t know if it’s corrected for everyone yet.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

That was indeed a temporary issue, it took us a bit longer to calculate stats on Friday. You should be all set now!

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

If you still experience issues, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

My jetpack is still not working. I guess I’m gonna try the Debugger module.

Anyway, thanks for your response. This topic will still be opened until I finally fix the problem. I’ll also keep updating the progress.

    Best Regards,

I have the same problem. My webhost tried increasing my site’s memory. Didn’t help. Stats display OK on my WP dashboard. Debugger says the installation is a-okay. XMLRPC checks out too. Filed a case with my webhost and with jetpack support.
