Jetpack Social Missing on New Post

Hi,

I’ve connected my social accounts to Jetpack but it is missing in the top right when making a new post. Yes jetpack is enabled. I’ve done it before on other sites, and cross referenced with working websites. I suspect this to be a theme issue. Certainly not a plugin conflict (tested).

Any idea how to add support for publicize in new theme posts?
