    Hi @ecn

You will need to make sure that you are logged into the WordPress.com account that was used to connect your www.ads-software.com site to Jetpack.

You can also access it directly via:

Thanks. It still seems to make me want to create a new site. Do I need to add domain even if I don’t intend to transfer a domain?

    Hi there,

You don’t need to transfer the domain.

I can see your site is now connected to your WordPress.com account. Could you please make sure you are login to the correct WordPress.com account as I can see the sharing button option in your WordPress.com dashboard here. You will also found this option in WP-Admin here.

If you mean Publicize feature with Jetpack Social, then you can access it from here in WordPress.com dashboard.

Make sure you are login to the correct WordPress.com account.
