Jetpack: Some comments disappearing (deleting?)

Installed Jetpack Comments several months ago and, until recently, was satisfied. Now having issues.

When a reader submits a comment, WordPress pushes a notification to my phone. When I open the app, the comment disappears as though it was deleted.

Also, I have Jetpack Comments set up to send an e-mail to notify me of comments, It does not.
