Jetpack stat installation

  • I installed Jetpack in my client’s site however when opening stats we get this message “You have failed to authenticate with the WordPress.com API.”

    My client okayed the Jetpack installation through WordPress.com and she also received her API key. Where do we authenticate at? There’s nothing to click on in her WP.org site, or in the Jetpack plugin.

    A suggestion to Jetpack would be further instruction on this.
