Jetpack stats and Google Ads stopped working at the same time

    So everything was going fine until 30th March 2022. All of a sudden my daily adsense earnings went to zero, so I checked the jetpack stats, they’d also dropped to 7-8 daily pageviews (usually they are over 10k) and 1 visitors ( usu 3.5 k+ daily). But after checking both my adsense account, Google analytics (it showed I was still getting 3k+ visitors and 10k+ daily pageviews) and cloudflare analytics I’ve come to conclusion that something is stopping ads as well as jetpack stats from working in the site. I need help. It’s been almost a week and I can’t figure out what’s wrong.

    That’s what I’ve done so far:
    1. Checked Ads.txt
    2. Been thriugh my adsense account and resolved any prior issues
    3. Reapplied adsense code
    4. Disconnected and reconnected jetpack
    5. Deactivated any suspicious plugins
    6. Enabled xmlrpc.php

  • Your site has some JavasCript errors, and that’s the most likely cause of Jetpack and Google Ads stopping, because they both use JavaScript to run.

    @catacaustics ?? Thank you so much.

    The problem’s fixed now. This is what I did:
    I navigated to the plugins folder to see the plugins which were autoupdated right before things went bad. Fortunately there was only one: Litespeed cache
    I disabled the plugin and now everything works fine.
