    Hi there,

Were there any other prior development URLs or subdirectory/subdomain URL before using https://piecesofonye.com/ or did ever change the site URL?

Are you able to see your stats here?:

    https://wordpress.com/stats/day/piecesofonye.com

How about how the stats look when you visit wp-admin?

Around how long was the URL was connected to Jetpack before deactivating the plugin the first time?

Let me know and I’d be happy to look further into this for you.

    Hi Darnell,

I did change the url quite some time ago, maybe 4-5 years ago.

I’m unable to see my old stats here: https://wordpress.com/stats/day/piecesofonye.com. Just the newer ones.

Under wp-admin, the stats are just my newer ones.

The URL was connected to Jetpack for a couple of years prior to the deactivation.

Hope this information helps! And thank you for your help.

With Jetpack, your stats and subscriber information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats and subscribers were lost.

That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, areyouondrugs.com

I have fixed the issue and you should be able to get your stats and subscribers back by reconnecting to WordPress.com from the Jetpack section of your site’s Dashboard.
