    Good morning…about an hour ago the stats normally presented by Jetpack on the Golfing Herald Dashboard are not being presented…the following error message is being displayed

    ‘We were unable to get your stats just now. Please reload this page to try again.’

    I have attempted a few times to reload but without success.

    Help required, please.

  • I have just experienced this myself for the first time. I have been using Jetpack since I set up the site a couple of years ago and never seen this message before.

    The only thing I have changed in between the stats working and not working, is that I have upgraded WordPress to the latest version, 5.7 and well as upgrading my version of PHP to the latest, 7.2.4. It was on 7.2.2 previously but my site Health Report said I should upgrade it.

    However, I have just checked my staging site which is still on the previous version of WordPress, and I get the same error message.

    Thanks for sharing your current experience…makes me feel better as it now looks as if it might be a generic rather than a user-specific issue…like you, I have made no changes other than WordPress being upgraded to 5.7.

    Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

    I have just checked another unrelated site that I set up to use Jetpack, and I’m getting the same error. This would seem to confirm that it is a generic problem.

    I’m getting the same error.

    Yup same for me. started using it in March of 2011 When I first saw it and I wake up each morning to check my numbers and gauge my day. Hard to start my day without it…

    I guess it’s a generic problem, I ‘ve been getting the same error message after upgrading as well.

    Interestingly though, Jetpack > Dashboard > At a Glance shows my stats without issue, but Jetpack > Site Stats doesn’t.

    De-activated all my plugins and then re-activated only the JetPack plugin. The problem persists. I’m guessing therefore it’s an issue with the WordPress 5.7 update rather than plugin related.

    Two of the sites I tried it on and got the same message are still running the previous version of WordPress (5.6).

    Is there some way of reporting this or do the JetPack developers monitor this forum?

    Same issue on my WP dashboard. I run Jetpack 9.1 on WP 5.4.2. No problems until today.

    I haven’t upgraded to 5.7 but having the same issue.

    Add me to that list as well, this just started happening on a few of my sites this morning. I’m running Version 9.5 and WordPress 5.6.2.

    Same issue also on my sites on version 5.7 and older.
