    Hello,

After last update of plugin the WP Admin Dashboard stopped showing the graph in Site Stats, just showing a spinning wheel. In Jetpack Dashboard it says “Algo pasó al cargar las estadísticas. Por favor, inténtalo de nuevo más tarde o ve tus estadísticas ahora en WordPress.com/

    Maybe a bug?

    Thanks in advance,

    John

Hi John, could you confirm Jetpack is still connected properly? You can do that at
    https://jetpack.com/debug

I’d also recommend disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack for good measure. Then if you’re still having trouble, please let us know what your site URL is.

No way. Debugged, disconnected and reconnected. Still spinning wheel in a WordPress dashboard. Now stats are working in Jetpack dashboard.

Thanks, John. Are you able to check your browser’s console for errors?
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/#javascript-errors

Also, do you see the same endless spinning in another browser?

I have tried with Chrome and Safari in MacOS, iPad and Windows 10. Same result.

What’s this extension that you have? And is that same report showing in every browser?

This one also seems specific to Chrome, but we’ll note it:

Disabling the Notification module resolved this for me. The stats are back.

No, the problem is not related to extensions. I have no extensions in iPad′s Chrome and Safari′s MacOS.

Disabling the Notification module resolved this for me too. The stats are back.

Update: finally figured it out. Accessing that module page was a pain. For anyone else trying to figure it out, you just add wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules to the end of your website.

I am having the same issue, but I can’t figure out how to disable the Notification module. Each time I try, it sends me over to the WordPress.com accoumt, which already has it disabled.

    Thread Starter pucelo2000

    (@pucelo2000)

You have to go to yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules and disable Notification Module.

It seems that the new update for Site Kit by Google is causing the stats to fail. I can see that you have disabled it on your site @pucelo2000, did that resolved the issue?

    Thread Starter pucelo2000

    (@pucelo2000)

I disabled it because made WP blocks editor unstable. I solved stats issue disabling Notification module in JetPack.
