Jetpack Stats Not Working On Amp Pages

Jetpack counts the visits of AMP posts and pages. Just make sure you’re not logged in to your site’s dashboard. Jetpack doesn’t count visits from logged-in users.

Yes, you right that it tracks visitor but it has stopped tracking the clicks on my banners. How do I fix it? If I pay for Premium Support are they able to fix this as if not I will have to delete it.

Also is it possible to remove all the other sections of jetpack as I only need the stats?

I see several clicks on those banners. I can tell by looking at the links of those banners. Can’t you see them if you go to Stats > Clicks ?

This is not a premium features and with a paid plan you get access to priority support.

Jetpack stats is only showing less than 10 clicks a day and my traffic is up and my backend affiliate stats show a complete different picture. For some reason this has happen since installing AMP For WP and believe that it may be due to Jetpack on tracking my banner links on my AMP pages. Is this a possiblity?

Does priority suopport not fix issues like this as pointless me paying for it if can not fix.

I’m not seeing anything overall wrong with your stats. My visits and clicks are being recorded properly.

Please keep in mind that many ad and tracker blockers will prevent clicks and even visits from being reported, and that such technology is now built directly into Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, as well as several other minor browsers.

I have 600 visitors yestday and according to jetpack stats only 2 clicks on my banner. I am assure you that the trackking is NOT working correctly like you say and want to know how to fix this but you have presented no options.

I tested your site’s AMP version and I could see all the banners. All my clicks to those banners were captured and are shown in your stats.

If you say that this started when you installed AMP, I suggest disabling it for a few days and see if you notice a difference.
