Jetpack Stats not Working on Landing Page

I have three landing pages on my site. One of them correctly ties into my Jetpack stats, and I can see how many hits I’m getting each day, where they’re coming from, etc. However, my other two don’t. I particularly care about the one I’ve linked here. Though I can see the overall hits through the app itself, I’d like these other data points. I found an old Facebook post by PluginOps that suggests I should enable the “Load wp_footer” toggle on that page, and I confirmed that is enabled on the page that IS working and disabled on the one that isn’t.

However, these toggles appear to be inoperable. I cannot toggle them for either page. How do I fix these, and is this the way to address the issue with the Jetpack stats? Thank you!
