Jetpack Still not working with WP Version 3.7.1

    When I click on any Post Title link, I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in /home/picturet/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/gplus-authorship.php on line 67

    This is since the upgrade to WP 3.7.1.

    Is this something to report here or is it better on the Jetpack website.
