    Hi all,

I’ve moved from a wordpress.com to self hosted www.ads-software.com site and am trying to move over the subscribers (email followers) from the blog on my old site.

I’ve installed Jetpack in order to do this and have followed the instructions for using the migration tool. When I click on ‘migrate subscribers from another site’, it takes me to the next page but there is no website to select from on the drop down box. The box is shortened like there is no option there at all.

I’m trying to migrate them from caudwelllymedotnet.wordpress.com to caudwelllyme.com.

The original site was called caudwelllyme.com until we changed the domain name so we could use the same one on our new website. Could that be a cause?

If anyone could help I’d be really grateful.

I don’t think the site name was the issue here, but I can definitely help with this!

I’ve went ahead and merged the stats and followers from caudwelllymedotnet.wordpress.com into caudwelllyme.com.

Please let us know if you need help with anything else!
