Hi there! I’ve made a small change on our end that should resolve this issue. Now, I’ll just need you to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack on your site for those settings to take effect.

Can you please navigate to Dashboard > Jetpack? Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Disconnect from WordPress.com” link. After doing so, click the “Connect to Get Started” button to reconnect.

Please let me know when you have done so, and I will check that your connection is working properly on our end.

    Thank you!

    It worked!! Thank you. ??

    Sorry….one more question!

Just now, when I tested the the subscription service, the subscription page said that I’d be receiving an email every time a new post was created. The subscription page didn’t have a spot for me to change the frequency of these mails. We post A LOT. If our readers can’t choose daily or weekly emails, they might get annoyed. Thanks again ??

    I’m glad to hear!

I’m afraid that it isn’t currently possible to change the delivery frequency of subscription emails. However, our developers are aware of this, and it’s a feature that we hope to add in the future. You can follow along with our progress here:

I hope this helps clear things up! Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I look forward Jetpack adding the “daily digest” feature! ??

I tried to access my old site yesterday to test out some new widgets, and now it redirects to the new site. Is this related to my Jetpack issues?

Jetpack does not handle redirects, so I don’t believe the two are related. With that said, could you let me know the exact steps that you are taking that result in the trouble? Then I might be able to at least point you in the right direction.

Actually, that was my fault. I was just mixing up WP admin passwords etc. and couldn’t get to the right dashboard. Oops.

Thanks again for all your help!! ??
