    My subscribers are receiving their subscription emails only sporadically. Some readers who typically have always received an email for every post are only receiving them randomly now (only about 2/3 of posts are delivered to their inbox). It doesn’t seem that any specific posts are failing to send out emails, it appears that only some subscribers are receiving some of the posts, i.e. not all of the subscribers are being sent each email, but some are.
    Any tips you have that could help me clear up the glitch would be great.

    I am still struggling to figure out why some of my subscribers are no longer receiving their emails when a new post is published. If anyone is able to help me troubleshoot, I would greatly appreciate it. I really don’t want to switch my subscription services to another provider, as I’ve been quite satisfied with jetpack in the past.

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    To do so, follow these steps:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on “Help” tab in the upper right side of the page and click the link for “Jetpack Debugging Center.”
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box with a link to this thread and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
