Jetpack subscription: subscribers disappeared

    I started off using a wordpress.com account and migrated to self-hosted (new domain) a while ago. Yesterday, I decided to start using Jetpack subscriptions again. I had 86 subscribers (mostly WordPress, a couple email), which I had previously migrated across to the new site. However, the subscription widget was not working and so I disconnected and reconnected Jetpack from wordpress.com. This has fixed the issue with the widget – but I’ve lost all of my subs! Any idea how I can get them back?
