I do have a question pending regarding “expected dimensions” always at 0, but this issue refers to support services. When I go through Boost, I get this message: Your paid plan gives you access to prioritized Jetpack Boost support.
Click that button, then it reads “
Have a paid product and seeing this note? Be sure to?log into your WordPress.com account?that you used to purchase the product!”
Then I log in, and the cycle continues.
