jetpack tiled gallery

I created a tiled gallery using Jetpack, but I only get one column of photos.. https://asiafamilies.org/families-story/gallery/
and Carousel doesn’t work either.

I think my theme is not compatible with Jetpack. Is there any solution to this issue?
