Jetpack to Jetpack Migration

I have a set plugin on one www.ads-software.com site domain is https://www.dopechicstyle.com. That jetpack has 830 followers. I am switching websites and would like to move my jetpack followers to my new site (www.toomuchfancy.com) as I am deleting the old site.

Is there away to export followers and data from one jetpack plugin on one site to another jet pack plugin on another?
