    all my web sites are down and can’t be accessed because of this…

    update not successful….

    Class ‘Automattic\Jetpack\Roles’ not found occurred in wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/automattic/jetpack-sync/src/Listener.php on line 270 please make sure that your website is accessible

    i noticed the support announcement. maybe websites can’t be accessed for other reasons.

    Hi there!

    Hmm, this error should not really affect your site. Have you cleared your browser’s cache after the update?
    What’s the URL of your site?

    i saw the error messages in an update tool. not being able.access websites was due to a web hosting network issue. i posted in panic.

    What is the URL of the site with the problem?

    Also, what versions of PHP, WordPress, and Jetpack are you running?
