If you’re unable to do that, could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?

The direct support contact form is available from https://jetpackme.wordpress.com/contact-support/?rel=support for users who have purchased a product from us. You mentioned that it’s your case, so I suspect you are not logged in to WordPress.com with the account that owns the purchase. Could you double-check that? Maybe you have more than one account?
