Jetpack WP.com Login Feature Request

As someone setting up Jetpack on a self-hosted WordPress site for an organization I have realized one feature that is missing. For those that have connected their WP.com accounts (which most have as one is needed for Gravatar signup) with their local WordPress accounts there should be a feature of Jetpack that enables folks to use either their local or WP.com login to log into the self-hosted WordPress site. This would eliminate confusion over which login is which that I’m seeing staff at this organization facing.

p.s. Is there any better or more direct place to submit feature requests for Jetpack?
