jetpack_migration – widget_image flooding my Activity Log

I have the Activity Log and Jetpack plugin installed. Now all I get from the activity log is the jetpack_migration (label) with the description (widget_image and sidebar_widgets). Action is Updated.

I’ve removed all the widgets from the widget area but still I’m getting it.
