[Plugin: Jetpack/Publicize] Publicize sending wrong post URL to social channel

When I create a new post, Publicize posts it to Facebook, Twitter, etc, but it seems to be sending the wrong URL, and then displays a picture and text from my 404 page.

For instance, I create a post at:
https://www.christopherpnmaselli.com/read-worlds-longest-thank-note-call-ishmael/

And Publicize tells the social channels the post is at:
https://www.christopherpnmaselli.com/?p=1963

This numbered URL actually works, but the social post includes the text from my 404 page, and the image is an image from the 404 page.

Any ideas why it’s having this behavior and how to fix??
