Jetpacks Photon Module unaligns thumbnail images

Hi, i added Jetpack today to my WP site, mostly looking to add Photons feature to have all my images on WP CDN to improve performance, after activating Photon, most of the images are resized making most of them unaligned with the content espeacillay the thumbnails(in height not width), causing to have different sizes of thumbnails. Before they where uniformed meaning all thumbnail images for example for a certain widget where 300px by 300px now with Jetpack it makes its custom thumbnail images sizes meaning some are 300px by 600px or 300px by 450px like seen on the given pic: https://imgur.com/ZfUNGHA Making the content look really bad.

I uninstalled Jetpack, now all thumbnail images sizes are uniformed as seen on the homepage, https://crossfitzurriola.com/
So how can i make Jetpacks Photon respect the themes default image and thumbnail sizes (mostly on height), cause as well some image sizes from galleries (not just thumbnails) where made a bit smaller making more unnecesary spacing.
