    Hi –

I have two sites – one is used for testing. I’m using the Mantra Theme from Cryout Creations on both sites.

Widget Visibility Option not available: When I go into the widget area on my main site the word ‘Edit’ is there to edit the widget.

The JetPack installation icons are a little different on these installations. The site where the widgets work, there are little orange strips with the word ‘New’.

The site where the widget visibility functionality is not available only has the word ‘Free’ across the bottom of all these widgets.

    Troubleshooting:
    – deactivated all the plugins
    – deleted all the widgets
    – activated JetPack
    – enabled Jetpack Widget Visibility Option

    —- Still no luck –

    Any suggestions please?

    Thanks,
    Sandra

    I found it! –

    On the widget page –

Click on Screen Options in top right hand corner –

There’s a toggle between ‘Disable accessibility mode’ and ‘Enable accessibility mode’.

The ‘Disable accessibility mode’ needs to be selected.

Thank you! I had this problem, but just got it solved! ??

Yeah! I’m happy that the solution to our issue was so simple!

Just don’t know why it’s the latest and greatest page designing to hide all these features!
