jigoshop seo deluxe does not work

    I am using the latest version of WordPress and Jigoshop 1.9.3.1.
    I have purchased theJigoshop SEO deluxe plugin and enabled the option “Remove product category Base” but nothing happens – the URL-s are staying the same.

    There is a solution somewhere or I am doing something wrong?

  • Hi arevnco2, as replied via mail – we’ll try to contact dev to ask for update. In case of no reply we’ll handle it internally for you.

    There were major changes in jigoshop 1.9.x and some of plugin authors didn’t updated their plugins yet.

    If you need it to work urgently – you can try with jigoshop 1.8.6 which can be downloaded from there: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jigoshop/developers/

    according to your e-mail it works now? let me know in case of any other issues.
